Technological training and technological patterns: a view of developing countries.

In this article, the author analyzes the process of technological training, beginning with the technological pattern within which the training undertaking is performed. The paper begins with a description of the involved concepts, and considers the foundations of innovation in dependent countries. Secondly, it approaches the problem of integration of academic research into networks for innovation and the necessity of its connecting with public policies for the creation of the national innovation system. Thirdly, it describes the cases under study at the UNICAMP. In the conclusions, the targets for any future policy on the subject are pointed out.
