This paper seeks to explore the possibility of a dialogue between two potentially complementary approaches, still not connected: Social Construction of Technology and Policy Analysis. In order to explore both broad and punctual aspects of these two approaches, seeking points of convergence that could be developed by authors of both spheres, thus improving these theoretical and methodological approaches.
