technological capabilities, export performance, agricultural machinery, ArgentinaAbstract
This article aims to study the relationship between the inputs of innovation and export behavior of Argentine agricultural machinery companies from an evolutionary and systemic perspective. The results highlight the importance of developing technological capabilities and extra-trade links with suppliers and industry associations in the export performance of firms. A positive relationship between belonging to the core of the production network, built-up from the social network toolkit, and the export performance of firms is also observed.
